The Arcadia, California community is grieving the heartbreaking loss of Jiarui “Aaron” Dai, a student at Arcadia High School whose passing has left family members, friends, classmates, and teachers in deep sorrow. Aaron’s death has deeply impacted the school community, with many coming together to honor his life and support one another during this difficult time.

In loving memory of Aaron, fellow students and loved ones have organized memorial gatherings at the Performing Arts Center courtyard on campus. A memorial table will be available from Wednesday, May 20 through Friday, May 22, where classmates, friends, and community members are invited to bring bouquets and pay their respects in remembrance of Aaron’s life.
A candlelight ceremony will also take place on Friday, May 22, at 4:30 p.m. in the PAC courtyard. Candles will be provided as students, teachers, friends, and loved ones gather together to honor Aaron’s memory, reflect on the moments shared with him, and support one another through grief.
